Is XCP-ng a hypervisor?
At the technical level, XCP-ng is a virtualization platform — which means it's a combination of a hypervisor (Xen Core) and an API (Xen API), on top of which you can add a management interface and a backup solution (Xen Orchestra).

- Install the latest update for xcp-emu-manager if there's one, on every host. Either from Xen Orchestra's patch management, or from command line directly on the hosts: yum update xcp-emu-manager .
- Restart the XAPI toolstack on each host: xe-toolstack-restart . No need to reboot.
