Solve Unable to load authentication plugin 'caching_sha2_password'

The version 8.0 of MySQL has changed the default authentication plugin from mysql_native_password to caching_sha2_password. So if you are using a client like DBVisualizer you will get the message "Unable to load authentication plugin 'caching_sha2_password'". The workaround is that you need to install the 8.0.
